Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their client's dynamic team in North Carolina. This full-time position is based in Garner, NC, within a corporate warehouse setting. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Ideal candidates will demonstrate dedication, competence, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards and maximize profits.
• Manage inventory, including conducting regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory and operations.
• Process daily orders for shipment, will-call, and transfers between warehouses.
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
• Assist with preparation of deliveries and stock transfers as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean driving record and operate a forklift as required.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as necessary.
• Utilize proficient computer skills for operational tasks.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate strong people skills.

Qualifications

• Warehouse management experience is required.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory management.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and software relevant to warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a forklift.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details

This supervisory position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year. The pay rate is based on experience and reflects the responsibilities and skills required for the role.
